Alexandre Drouin

Senior Research Scientist, Cohere · Adjunct Professor, Laval University & Mila

Senior Research Scientist at Cohere, working on the safety and security of AI agents through both evaluations and post-training. Previously led Frontier AI Research at ServiceNow Research, where his work spanned ML for decision-making in complex environments (causal inference, probabilistic forecasting, and LLM-based agents) and benchmarks for browser automation, data analytics, forecasting, security, and robustness. Program Committee for the NeurIPS 2026 Evaluations and Datasets track.
