Hideo Saito

Alexandre Drouin

Leads Frontier AI Research at ServiceNow Research. Work focuses on ML for decision-making in complex environments—causal inference, probabilistic forecasting, and LLM-based agents—plus benchmarks for browser automation, data analytics, forecasting, security, and robustness.
