Registration

Registration and attendance

Registration on the official NeurIPS site is sold out. How do I register?

Detailed registration information is available on the NeurIPS 2026 author registration page; please review it before registering.

This slot is valid for only one author per accepted paper and goes to the first person to register, so please consult with your co-authors in advance to decide who will attend in person and register.

Please make sure the email address on your NeurIPS account matches the one used for OpenReview. If you wish to use a different account, please contact the organizers.

What should I do if I am unable to attend in person due to visa issues or other circumstances?

The NeurIPS organizers have stated that presentations must, in principle, be delivered in person. Please apply for a visa promptly and, at the same time, consider arranging for a substitute presenter.

Remote poster presentations would require preparation on the part of the workshop organizers and are unlikely to be feasible. However, if there is significant demand we will consider it, so please contact us if it is unavoidable. We cannot guarantee remote presentations.

Visa

Visas and travel

I would like to apply for a visa. Where do I start?

Please refer to the official NeurIPS 2026 visa page: neurips.cc/Conferences/2026/Visa.

Because the process from application to receipt takes a long time, we recommend that anyone who needs a visa register for the conference and request an invitation letter as soon as possible after their paper is accepted.

Publication

Paper publication

By when should I submit the camera-ready version?

Please upload the final version via OpenReview by October 30. We expect you to use the NeurIPS template as is. The camera-ready version is limited to 5 pages to allow for responses to peer review comments. Please ensure that the differences from the submitted manuscript are kept to approximately 10%.

How will the papers be published?

If you wish, the organizer can set your OpenReview submission page to “public” and include a link to your OpenReview submission in the list of accepted papers scheduled for future publication. It is also possible to include a link to a separately uploaded arXiv preprint. Please contact the organizer.

Is it possible to add or remove co-authors from a paper?

Authors can modify their OpenReview registration details.

If an added author wishes to attend in person and present, please notify the organizers, as additional registration steps may be required.
